1. The Platform is a free, independent directory where adult companions may submit their own listing for online visibility.
2. The Platform does not mediate, arrange, promote, or profit from any meetings, services, or agreements between companions and clients.
3. The Platform does not operate as an agency, broker, mediator, or employer of any listed person.
4. All listings are user-generated and published solely at the user’s request.
To submit a listing, you must:
1. Be at least 18 years old, or older where legally required.
2. Operate as an independent adult companion with your own website.
3. Submit only accurate and truthful information.
4. Ensure your listing complies with applicable laws in your country and in the Czech Republic.
5. Place the Platform’s banner on your website — either on the homepage or on a page dedicated to external links/banners.
The Platform may request simple verification in the form of a handwritten note with your website name and date.
1. Verification photos are sent only via email to confirm website ownership.
2. If you do not show your face on your professional images, you do not need to show it in the verification photo.
3. Verification photos are not stored, not published, and are permanently deleted immediately after verification.
4. The Platform does not keep biometric data or sensitive identifiers.
1. The Platform processes only the data you voluntarily provide (name/alias, website, description, email, city, image URL).
2. Legal basis for processing is your explicit consent when submitting the form.
3. You may request correction, removal, or access to your data at any time.
4. The Platform does not share, sell, or transfer data to third parties.
5. The Platform does not track users, profile them, or make automated decisions.

By submitting a listing, you confirm that:
1. All images and information belong to you and do not infringe others’ rights.
2. You hold full responsibility for any services you may offer outside the Platform.
3. You operate independently and not in violation of local laws.
4. The Platform is not responsible for verifying the legality of your activities.
The Platform reserves the right to:
1. Approve, reject, edit, or remove any listing at its discretion.
2. Remove listings that appear fraudulent, unsafe, or non-compliant.
3. Make changes to the Platform or these Terms without prior notice.
4. Suspend listings that receive valid legal complaints.
The Platform is not obligated to publish any submission.
To the maximum extent permitted by Czech and EU law:
1. The Platform is not responsible for any communication or agreement between a companion and a client.
2. The Platform is not responsible for financial, emotional, legal, or physical consequences of interactions.
3. The Platform does not guarantee accuracy of listings.
4. Listings are provided “as-is,” without warranty of suitability or safety.
Users and companions assume full personal risk.
Users may report or request removal of listings via email. Verified legal complaints (GDPR, impersonation, abuse, copyright) are resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

• Czech data protection laws
Any disputes will be handled by courts in the Czech Republic.
